About reorganization of the dependent economic societies

Meeting of the shareholders of Joint Stock Company "Suvorovo-Agro" (Minsk region, Kopyl district, agro-town Kamen, 176 Sadovaya Street), which is dependent on JSC "Slutsk Sugar Refinery", have decided to reorganize JSC "Suvorovo-Agro" by adding it to JSC "Presnaki" (Minsk region, Kopyl district, Presnaki village) on May 30, 2017.

Joint Stock Company "Slutsk Sugar Refinery" (223610, Minsk region, Slutsk, 6 Golovashenko Street) informs:

• 1. Date of the decision of the shareholders' general meeting about when dividends payments are to be paid was set on March 29, 2017.
• 2. Dividends accrued per share — 8.3635 rubles.
• 3. Dividends payment period was set from May 23, 2017, to July 30, 2017. Dividends on the state's shares should be transferred to the Republican budget not later than April 22, 2017.

The procedure of dividend payment:

• To the individual shareholders — by transferring to their personal accounts or bank accounts (if the necessary information is provided) or by transferring them through the post services.
• To the legal entities shareholders — by transferring to their checking accounts.
